TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Bookings: we require £10 deposit per person at the time of booking. Total food cost and food service needs to be fully paid by a week prior to the event.

Event Cancellation: So long as you cancel the whole event 20 days before your booked date, you’ll get a full refund of your deposit. For an event cancellation 19-8 days prior the booked date, the deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel your event less than 7 days before the booked date, the full payment of the food will not be refunded - the service charge of the food bill will be refunded in whole.

Alterations: Adding people to your booking is subject to availability; If someone cannot attend your party, let us know at least 2 days prior your booking and we will fully refund their deposit. If you don’t let us know that fewer people are coming, we’ll have to charge you for their food .

Service Charge: There is a 10% discretionary service charge for groups up to 20 guests and 12.50% for groups of 21+ guests. An additional 2.5% cakeage fee will be added for serving your own celebration cake if you choose to bring one.

Food Order: We can only accommodate on the spot food orders for groups up to 8 guests. We will need a pre-order for groups between 9-12 people. For groups of 13 guests and more we are only able to serve the Greek Meze or the 2 Course menu. These menus cannot be combined in one booking.  We will need a pre-order if you choose the 2 course menu. If the Greek Meze is the chosen meal, we will need to know how many (if any) vegetarians or other dietary requirements guests will be attending. Please contact us for more details.
